The 2024 Wellness Fairs: Transportation Information
Need a ride? Not a problem.
A free shuttle to and from the Stanford campus event will be available for SLAC and Stanford Research Park employees. The shuttle takes approximately 15 minutes from pick-up to drop-off. The shuttle is fully accessible with an on/off ramp.
SLAC shuttle:
- Pick-up at SLAC (building 57 shuttle stop) to Koret Plaza: 10:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:15 p.m.
- Pick-up from Koret Plaza back to SLAC (building 57 shuttle stop): 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m.
Porter/Research Park shuttle:
- Pick-up at 3165 Porter to Koret Plaza: 10:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:15 p.m.
- Pick-up at 3145 Porter to Koret Plaza: 10:20 a.m., 11:20 a.m., 12:20 p.m., 1:20 p.m.
- Pick-up from Koret Plaza back to Porter/Research Park: 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m.
Driving? Here is some information to help you find parking close to the events.
Stanford campus parking:
- Parking: A/C permit and visitor-paid parking is available at the Stanford Visitor Center and Galvez Lot.
- Disabled parking is available in the lot adjacent to the Stanford Visitor Center at 295 Galvez St. Alternatively, you may find designated street parking on Galvez. Get more accessibility details.
Stanford Redwood City parking:
- A/C-permit and paid visitor parking is available in the Barron Garage at 2855 Bay Road.
- Shuttle service from SLAC and Stanford Research Park locations will not be provided for the Redwood City event; however, there will be free shuttles for those who wish to attend the Stanford Campus event on May 21.
- Disabled parking will be available in the Barron Garage and the Bay Lot. Get more accessibility details.
Other forms of transportation
Employees are encouraged to bike, walk, and/or take the Marguerite shuttle if possible. There is a Marguerite shuttle stop directly outside the Visitor Center on Galvez Street.
