Get started on your wellness journey with one-on-one support

BeWell offers personalized one-on-one support to help you reflect on what’s important and help set a path forward so that you thrive in the multiple roles you play in work and your life.

Unsure if coaching is right for you? Start with our complimentary Check-in and Follow-up sessions. If you’d like to dive deeper or focus on specific lifestyle areas, you can then enroll in STAP-eligible Lifestyle Coaching for more personalized support.

Our coaches are health and wellness experts with degrees and/or certifications in nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, coaching, and public health.

To register for your complimentary Check-in session, sign in to your BeWell account, go to Programs, find BeWell Check-in and Follow-up or Lifestyle Coaching, and click the Start Now button.

To register for STAP-eligible Lifestyle Coaching sessions, whether one-on-one or in a small group setting, sign up here

For both options, you have the flexibility to choose your coach and the day and time for your appointment. All sessions are available via Zoom or phone. Most appointments are offered Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT, with limited availability on weekends and on weekday evenings until 8 p.m. PT.

BeWell Check-in and Follow-up

Engage in an empowering 20-30 minute free session with a Stanford health and wellness coach of your choice. You and your coach will figure out the next steps based on your unique well-being needs. 

Conversations can center around:

  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Integration of work and life
  • Eating
  • Movement
  • Social connections
  • Financial and career resources at Stanford
  • Navigating the BeWell program

Sign up for an additional free follow-up conversation to discuss how your plan is going. Once you’ve completed these two wellness activities, you’ll earn a total of 4,000 points.

Lifestyle Coaching

These sessions allow you to work one-on-one with a coach or in a small group setting to dive deeper into your vision, motivation, challenges, and strategies to strengthen your action plan toward an increased sense of well-being. 

Lifestyle Coaching is offered in these areas:

  • Nutrition
  • Physical activity
  • Sleep
  • Smoking cessation
  • Stress management
  • Weight management
  • Wellness
  • Specialized coaching for clinicians and School of Medicine faculty

Once you’ve completed your coaching package, you’ll earn a total of 4,000 points.
