Use your STAP funds for Healthy Living
Stanford’s Staff Training Assistance Program (STAP) provides funds for training activities related to your job or career development – and since wellness impacts your work, this includes Healthy Living offerings. Don’t delay! August 30 (5 p.m.) is your last chance to use STAP funds for Healthy Living.
Healthy Living offerings are provided in various formats, so you can engage in a way that works for you. Lifestyle Coaching and some classes are delivered over multiple interactive sessions, allowing you to take a “deep dive” into certain subjects. You can also take a single-session class to pique your interest in a topic, or get a wellness app – like Headspace or Sleepio – to support the development of healthy habits.
Simply select an offering that works for you and pay using your STAP funds. Funds will be automatically deducted from your STAP balance. If you don’t have enough STAP to cover the entire class fee, you can pay the balance using your credit card.
Take advantage of Healthy Living offerings before the summer is through and head into fall with a renewed sense of well-being.
