Strategies for a More Joyful Holiday Season

The holidays are almost here, with all the gift giving, holiday sales, and festive parties that come along. Although many look forward to the joy of the season, the holidays can also bring their fair share of stress, frustration, and unmet expectations.

In this webinar, we will identify ways we can better manage the stressors that arise at this time of year and navigate frustrations without saying or doing things we might later regret. We will also explore how the desire for perfection can lead to disappointment and discover how self-compassion can help us acknowledge our limitations and appreciate what we actually have. At the end of the session, you will be asked to choose one realistic action you can put into practice this year for a more enjoyable holiday season.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording by November 26.
