Perimenopause and Menopause

Menopause is more than hot flashes. Hormonal change is at the root of dozens of symptoms experienced during midlife, including poor sleep, mood changes, weight gain, and brain fog, to name a few. Besides uncomfortable symptoms, these hormonal changes may also bring health risks, and many people are unsure what to expect or what resources and treatments are available.

This free webinar will demystify perimenopause and menopause and provide guidance to help you navigate this stage of life, from definitions to the science behind the symptoms and how to treat the most troubling ones. We will provide an overview of hormonal and non-hormonal treatments available, as well as lifestyle modifications that can reduce symptoms and lead to better health and well-being. The most important thing to know about menopause is that, with the right care, you can weather this transition and set yourself up for a stronger and healthier post-menopausal life.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
