Oral Health for a Longer, Healthier Life

Oral health affects much more than simply our mouth and teeth. Research has linked oral health to impacts in the heart and lungs, susceptibility to dementia, the quality of sleep, and levels of inflammation and toxicity throughout the body. What can we do to address our changing dental needs as we age to support wellness over our lifetime?

In this noontime webinar, you will learn what habits are important to keep your mouth healthy at each stage of life. We will explore the causes of a fading smile – yellowing and weakening of teeth, gum changes, and common concerns including dental cavities and periodontal disease. Fortunately, it is never too late to improve your dental health, and the benefits of small changes can greatly affect your quality of life. By raising your awareness and incorporating good practices, you can enjoy a healthy and beautiful mouth for years to come.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. Attend the live session or listen to the recording within one week to receive incentive points.
