For many Americans, money is a significant source of stress. But while you as an individual may not have much control over economic factors like inflation, there are basic steps you can take to improve your money management skills and increase your overall financial wellness.

In this free noontime webinar, we will cover the foundational skills you need to take control of your finances. We’ll start by exploring the proven benefits of budgeting and identify the three core components you need to make sure your budget is sound. Then we’ll move on to the importance of an emergency savings fund and the steps you can take today to begin to build or rebuild this critical safety net. Finally, we will identify ways you can get control over your debt and start to prioritize debt reduction. By focusing on these critical money management tools, you can create a better situation for yourself and reduce your financial stress.
