Mindfulness Practices for Everyday

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Whether we are leading teams, nurturing a family, or simply want to be our best selves, being mindful allows us to mirror the change we desire to see in the world from a more grounded, centered, and authentic state.

In this one-hour, in-person class, we will explore accessible and proven mindfulness practices that you can put in place right away to improve your well-being. We’ll use a mix of tools and activities such as breathing techniques, stretching, guided meditation, gratitude, and haiku, all of which have been shown to help cultivate mindfulness and reduce stress.

Walk away with a toolkit of exercises you can use at the ready, anytime, to create a sense of calm, confidence and a growing resiliency to meet the challenges of your every day.

This is an in-person class and will not be recorded. Attendance at the live session is required to receive incentive points.
