Happy Gut, Happy Life

Are digestive issues interfering with your life? If so, you may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), a common disorder that affects your intestines. Signs and symptoms of IBS can include cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, diarrhea, and constipation.

In this three-session online class series, we will examine what is happening in the gut with IBS. You will learn about FODMAPS – types of carbohydrates found in certain foods such as wheat and beans – and how they impact IBS symptoms. We will also look beyond diet and explore integrative approaches and methods to tame an upset tummy, relieve the painful symptoms of IBS, and support a healthy and happy gut. This workshop will combine lecture with group discussion, self-assessment, and home practice.

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – all 3 sessions.
