Group Wellness Coaching Spring

Are you eager to make lasting changes in an important area of your well-being?

Join a 5-week small group coaching series guided by Stanford wellness coaches. During these interactive sessions, you can share experiences, learn from one another’s successes and challenges, gain inspiration, and receive encouragement from your fellow participants who are on a similar path toward wellness.

You will receive support in uncovering your motivations and leveraging your strengths to sustain healthy behaviors (e.g. navigating work and life demands, stress management, personal and professional fulfillment, physical wellness). With guidance from the coaches you will set achievable goals, create action plans, and overcome obstacles that may arise along the way.

If you get excited at the idea of being supported by others as you work on your wellness, we invite you to take the first step and join today!

Attendance requirement for incentive points – 4 out of 5 sessions. Request disability accommodations and access info.
