Join the PEERs for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at our Winter Quarter De-Stress Event! This event is designed to help you unwind and discover healthy ways to manage stress during the busiest season. We’ve got an amazing lineup of activities to support your mental and physical well-being, including:

  • Yoga: Stretch, breathe, and find your zen in a calming yoga session.
  • Puppy Playtime: Take a break and enjoy the cuddles and joy of playing with adorable puppies.
  • Smoothie Mocktails: Sip on refreshing, nutritious smoothie mocktails designed to recharge you from the inside out.

The goal of this event is to provide you with practical skills and ideas for coping with stress. We’ll introduce the HALT acronym (Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired) to help identify triggers and share healthy coping mechanisms you can incorporate into your daily routine.
