Back to Basics – Nutrition Made Easy

Every day the news and social media are buzzing with complex and often conflicting messages about nutrition. How can you sort out the key elements of healthy eating among all the mixed messages? What are the evidence-based “whys” behind nutrition recommendations? What does healthy eating really mean in our daily lives?

This two-session online class will go over the basic principles of healthy eating with fundamental nutrition information so that you not only understand the why behind the recommendations but can also approach nutrition messages with confidence. Whether you are just getting interested in healthy eating or already have a general understanding but feel overwhelmed by distracting messages, you will find wisdom in going back to the basics. Walk away empowered to approach nutrition and healthy eating with peace of mind and confidence.

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – both sessions.
