Wellness activities empower you to focus on the areas of well-being that matter most to you. Whether it’s physical activity, nutrition, stress management, community engagement, or managing chronic conditions, these activities are designed to support your personal well-being journey, offering flexibility and choice.

Dozens of free and STAP-eligible wellness activities are available. Many activities can be completed from anywhere at any time, allowing you to fit them into your busy life and unique working arrangement.

Wellness activities include:

  • Healthy Living: 1-2 hour class (up to 20) - 2,000

  • Healthy Living: 5+ hour class (up to 10) - 5,000
  • Healthy Living: Wellness apps (up to four) - 2,500
  • Healthy Living: On-demand webinar (up to five) - 500
  • Healthy Living: Lifestyle Coaching package (up to four) - 4,000
  • Recreation and Wellness: Recreation and group fitness classes and passes (up to four) - 5,000
  • Watch a video from the Media Library (up to four per month) - 25
  • Track your active minutes 20 days in a month - 250
  • Sleep > Seven hours 20 days in a month - 250

  • Track your Healthy Habits 1-3x per day (30 points max per day) - 10 to 30
  • Take 1,000 to 14,000 steps in a day (earn 10 points per 1,000 steps) - 10 to 140
  • 15 minutes of physical activity in a day - 70
  • 30 minutes of physical activity in a day - 100
  • 45 minutes of physical activity in a day - 140

 

Please note, points-eligible wellness activities must be tracked within the BeWell platform. No points are awarded for wellness activities that cannot be tracked through BeWell.
