BeWell Account Setup

The BeWell Program starts on Jan. 1 and ends on Nov. 30.

Everyone can BeWell. BeWell’s program lets you personalize your experience so you can select the activities that best support your well-being. We recognize that each person is on their own unique journey. Our comprehensive program provides continuous motivation, helping you prioritize your well-being year after year.

Health Assessment (2,000 pts)

Reflect on your lifestyle

Check-in/Follow-up (2,000 pts each)

Clarify next steps in any area of well-being with a coach

Wellness Activities (10 to 1,000 pts)

Take next steps with the support of wellness activities and resources

Classes & Coaching (500 – 5,000 pts)

Throughout the year attend classes and get more personalized support

Log in regularly to track habits and see daily tips that support your well-being.

Eligibility

Newly hired benefits-eligible Stanford University employees can begin participating in BeWell by signing into the platform and setting up their profile two weeks after their start date.
