Give back at the 2025 Wellness Fairs

This year’s events focus on coming together for positive change, and there are many ways you can give back at the event and beyond.

Participate in the Cardinal at Work Cares donation drive

Show up with the following items to be entered into a raffle. You will receive a raffle entry for your donation.

Canned foods

  • Tuna
  • Chicken
  • Chili (regular and vegetarian)
  • Soup
  • Green beans
  • Peas
  • Corn
  • Refried beans
  • Spinach
  • Pinto beans
  • Ravioli
  • Spaghetti and meatballs
  • Vienna sausage
  • Dinty Moore beef stew
  • Mixed fruit
  • Pineapple
  • Peaches
  • Pears

Other food items

  • Top Ramen (packages and cups)
  • Mac and cheese
  • Pasta
  • Mixed fruit cups
  • Applesauce cups
  • Jam/jelly
  • Peanut butter

If you don’t have any of these items on hand or if you are unable to make it to the event, you can still make a donation via the Amazon wishlist. Email your receipt to bewell@stanford.edu by Oct. 7 at 5 p.m. PT to be entered into the raffle.  All food donations will go to the Ecumenical Hunger Program in East Palo Alto and the Downtown Streets Team Food Closet in Palo Alto.

Donate blood at the Stanford campus event’s Stanford Blood Mobile (no appointments needed), or find a center near you. Log in to BeWell after the event to claim 250 points for your donation.
