Timing and Frequency of Meals for Optimal Health

We all know that what we eat affects our health and well-being, but there is growing evidence that when we eat can also play a pivotal role.

This noontime webinar introduces the concept of chrono-nutrition – coordinating food intake with the body’s daily rhythms – and provides a summary of the current evidence and nutritional strategies that can improve your well-being by modifying three aspects of eating behaviors: timing, frequency, and regularity. You will also learn about chrono-types and explore potential optimal eating times for each type. The pros and cons of popular diets that involve the timing of meals such as ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting will also be discussed.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants.
