As we navigate life’s challenges, gratitude can feel elusive and inauthentic. Yet research demonstrates gratitude can have profound and positive effects on our relationships, our physical and mental health, and overall well-being.
In this one-hour webinar we’ll talk about why gratitude is not a feeling, but a practice. We’ll discuss how to authentically practice gratitude through experiential exercises, mindset shifts, and specific actions. We’ll also explore the importance of both expressing and receiving gratitude. You’ll walk away with a framework for fostering gratitude in ways that feel resonant and make a difference in your life and relationships.
Instructor: Sarah Meyer Tapia, MA, is head of wellness education at Stanford University. She has worked in both employee and student wellness, studying and teaching stress-management, mindfulness, self-compassion, and behavior change to students, faculty, and staff.
