Spring is an ideal time for welcoming change, whether it is systematically cleaning your home, nurturing seedlings for your garden, or realigning your diet and nutrition habits.
In this online class, you will get a chance to spring clean your dietary habits in a safe and healthy way by taking advantage of all the delicious seasonal spring foods – which can be fresher, cheaper, and richer in nutrients. We will discuss the differences between cleansing, fasting, and detoxing and explore what the science says about these different approaches. We will also share ten quick tips for how to eat a diet that will leave you feeling energized, as well as ten non-dietary habits to support spring cleaning your diet and lifestyle.
Instructor: Kerry McClure, MS, NC, BCHN, is board-certified in holistic nutrition, a certified yoga teacher, and a fitness instructor who is passionate about supporting people with healthy pro-aging through nutrition, movement, and mindfulness. She has more than 25 years of experience in corporate America, has co-authored two books, and created an online wellness program for individual well-being and lifestyle balance.
