Partner Shiatsu for Hands and Feet

Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork using the thumbs, fingers, palms, and elbows to apply pressure to the acupuncture meridians of the body. The pressure relieves stress by dissipating muscle tension and allowing the flow of energy through the body. The repetitive stresses of work are calmed and eliminated, increasing productivity and health.

In this online class, you will work in pairs at home while seated on a comfortable couch or two chairs, practicing the principles of good alignment as you work. You will learn techniques for overworked hands and feet to bring relief and relaxation. The receiver and the practitioner will both benefit from the focusing of energy and intention.

Please bring a partner for free and set yourself up in a quiet location with room to move. This is an interactive class, so please plan on having your video on if possible. This will allow the instructor to observe your technique and offer guidance for an optimal experience.

Attendance at the live session is required to receive incentive points. This class will not be recorded.
