Nutritional Strategies to Manage Sleep
When it comes to sleep, we know the importance of getting enough sleep every night, and most have heard about the importance of sleep hygiene in supporting healthy sleep. However, many of us may not be aware of the importance of diet on our sleep or the effects of sleep have on our daily food choices.
In this webinar, we will learn about the important relationship between nutrition and sleep and steps you can take to optimize both to eat smarter, sleep better, and live a healthier life. We will examine the latest research into the links between sleep and nutrition, including the relationship between dietary patterns and daytime sleepiness, how sleep deprivation can lead to poorer food choices, and the importance of understanding our circadian rhythm and the timing of our meals. Through increased awareness and conscientious food choices, we can learn how to break the poor diet/poor sleep cycle and improve our overall well-being.
This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants.
