Let’s Try This Again – A Fresh Take on Healthy Eating for the New Year

This is the time of year when we make resolutions related to diet and exercise, but these new goals often fall short when we approach our resolutions with fad diets, internal and external weight bias, and unrealistic expectations of weight outcomes. Healthy eating does not have to be an overwhelming burden doomed to failure. With the right approach backed by scientific research, eating healthy is delicious, supports a healthy immune system, aligns with self-love, and is easier to adopt than you think!

Join us in this noontime webinar to reset your resolutions and develop a realistic and sustainable goal for healthy eating in 2024 that will truly support a healthy you. You will learn about basic nutrition, understand what really defines healthy eating, and set realistic weight change goals based on science, not unrealistic expectations. We will share simple tips in choosing, preparing, and eating healthy foods and discuss how these tricks can be seamlessly woven into our busy lives.

Reaffirm your desire for a healthy new year and discover a realistic roadmap to a healthier, happier you.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. Attend the live session or listen to the recording within one week to receive incentive points.
