Improve Your Well-Being Through Meaningful Connections at Work
Full-time employees spend more than half of their waking hours engaged in the workplace environment, including meetings and communications with co-workers. It’s no surprise that the nature of our interactions with co-workers and customers have a significant influence on our mental, emotional, and social well-being.
In this highly interactive online class, we will examine the science of social connections at work and their important role in fostering a sense of purpose and well-being in the workplace. We will identify the warning signs of burnout and identify how meaningful social connection can alleviate feelings of burnout and promote well-being. We will provide a framework for how to cultivate these important interpersonal relationships on the job and consider how to appropriately blend personal and professional aspects of our lives. By intentionally nourishing not only the what of your job but also the who, you will discover a new way to thrive both personally and professionally.
This class will not be recorded. Attendance at the live session is required to receive incentive points.
