From Mindset to Motion – Practical Tools to Transform Your Life and Career (Feb 22 – March 8)
February 22, 2023 | 12:00pm - 1:15pm
Are you eager to create a clearer vision of how you want to live your best life – and a roadmap to make it actually happen?
Join this three-session online course that will introduce you to straightforward ways to reflect, identify what you want, and implement your goals so you can start living the personal and professional life you want. This interactive and positively uplifting online course will include research-based inquiry, small group break out discussions, and action planning tailored to your goals and aspirations.
We will explore personal vision as a lever for change and reflective coaching activities as a catalyst for action. You will REFLECT on what you really want and what is holding you back, REACH to set your goals and build your toolbox, and RISE to implement the actions and commitments to take your goals forward.
By the end of the series, you will have a clearer path to finding greater fulfillment in your work and personal life. Please come with an openness to immersing yourself in reflection, exploration, and action.
This class will not be recorded.
