Creating Family Rituals with Meaning
The holidays are supposed to be a joyful time, bringing us closer to our loved ones. Yet too often the events that we want to feel meaningful and connecting end up feeling like old habits, bringing stress, exhaustion, or indifference rather than joy.
In this online class, we will talk about common patterns that families fall into that can create stress during this time of year. Together we will explore the real meaning of an event for you and then discuss practical tools on how to communicate and plan with your family. We will also discuss the specific challenges related to the ongoing pandemic and how to still create mindful connection and possibly new traditions.
This class will not be recorded.
