Dana Rose Garfin, PhD, Assistant Adjunct Professor in the Sue & Bill Gross School of Nursing at the University of California, Irvine.
This presentation will review research on psychological responses to individual (e.g., violence, abuse) and collective (e.g., earthquakes, terrorist attacks, hurricanes, COVID-19) adversity using longitudinal epidemiological data collected prior to and in the wake of collective trauma.
