Eat Your Greens Challenge
Looking for a reason to eat more leafy greens? There are plenty of benefits: improving your heart, brain, bone and digestive health, supporting healthy aging, improving your immune response, relieving stress, and fighting belly bloat to name just a few of the benefits.
Now there’s one more: earning 40 points toward your $560 BeWell incentive.
The Eat Your Greens Challenge challenges you to add one cup of leafy greens to one meal a day. If you log that you did this 15 times this month, then you get awarded 40 points toward your incentive.
Not sure how to work in nutrient-packed greens? Try adding spinach to your eggs, kale in your lunchtime salad or even try a green smoothie as an afternoon snack.
To start the challenge, sign in to your BeWell account by clicking the blue “Sign in” button at the top of the page to sign in to your BeWell account. Please note that you will sign in with your SUNet ID. Once you’re signed in, go to “Activities” and click the “Recommended” tab. Look for the action card titled “Eat Your Greens – Challenge Program” and click “Join.” The card will be moved to your “In progress” tab where you can log your progress throughout the month.
