Brain Boost Challenge

Join the Brain Boost Challenge to flex your neurons!

When we think about wellness, we tend to think about the health of our bodies. Luckily, the activities that keep our bodies healthy also help our brains stay in shape. Research shows that physical activity and nutrition play an important role in the brain’s health. We can further boost our brains by challenging ourselves to learn something new, engage in social activities, do puzzles, and even learn how to dance.

The Brain Boost Challenge—the final wellness challenge of the year—requires you to log a minimum of 12 brain-building activities by October 4. When you complete the challenge, you’ll earn 40 points toward your $560 incentive.
