The 2023 BeWell, Together: Wellness, Community, and Belonging Fair
Come and share in the fun
Join us this spring to get outside, listen to music, mingle with your Stanford colleagues, and celebrate coming together as a community.
Whether you’ve joined BeWell events for years or are new to the Stanford community, this is an opportunity to engage in activities to support your wellness journey while socializing with your colleagues.
Connect with the resources available to you as a Stanford staff or faculty member and meet the people who support your well-being at Stanford.
Event registration not required.
About the Fair
The BeWell, Together: Wellness, Community, and Belonging Fair is open to all faculty and staff. Mark your calendar and join us on May 23 on the Stanford campus, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Get more event details.
Can’t come in person? There are a number of ways you can participate in and benefit from this year’s events virtually.
SLAC and Porter Research Park employees can take advantage of a free shuttle to the campus for this event. See the pick-up schedule.
Timekeeping for non-exempt staff. Your wellness and that of your teams is important, so all employees should be permitted time to attend.
Non-exempt employees who wish to attend the event and are approved to do so by their supervisor, taking into consideration operational needs, should be permitted time to attend. This time should include the unpaid lunch break. Any time outside the normally scheduled unpaid lunch break should be reflected as paid work time in the employee’s timecard.
See details about event accessibility.
How to earn BeWell incentive points
Once you’ve participated in this year’s events, log into the BeWell platform and complete the attestation form by June 16 to earn your incentive points.
(Note: An equivalent event was held at Stanford Redwood City on May 9.)

Stop by the Office of Community Engagement’s table at the Fair to donate new or gently used sheets, pillowcases, and towels in support of the Ecumenical Hunger Program. This local non-profit provides crucial assistance to families and individuals experiencing hardship in East Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and surrounding communities. Doing something good for others is truly its own reward, but it will also earn you an additional Fair raffle ticket. |
