Wellness Activities

Wellness activities are your chance to put the results from your Health Assessment into action. You can choose to complete the wellness activities that are most meaningful to your well-being. Wellness activities cover the gamut of wellness, including physical activity, nutrition, stress management, community engagement, chronic disease management and more. 

We’re offering 60+ free wellness activities for you to earn your incentive, and most activities can be completed from anywhere at any time to fit into your flexible working arrangement. 

2022 wellness activities include:

  • Stanford Healthy Living offerings
  • BeWell Champions
  • Attending the BeWell Wellness Fair and Cardinal Walk
  • Stanford Recreation & Wellness offerings, including your annual free fitness assessment and two free personal training sessions
  • Quarterly wellness challenges
  • Preventative health screenings
  • Race results
  • Blood donation
  • Bike to Work month
  • Rotating free, monthly wellness activities


Wellness activities are assigned points and points go toward your incentive. You earn a taxable $140 incentive on your paycheck for every 140 points you earn, up to 560 points or $560. You will be paid within two pay periods of earning each 140-point increment and will only be paid up to the increment you’ve earned.

Please note that specific classes through Healthy Living and Stanford Recreation & Wellness that you sign up for will not show up in your in-progress and completed sections. You will receive emails through these programs regarding your enrollment in their respective classes.

November 30 is the deadline to complete all 2022 wellness activities.
