BeWell & Creative Together

 

The first-ever BeWell & Creative Together event was held virtually February 4, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The free all-day event promoted well-being through creative activities. 

Research shows that creativity is important for well-being. Despite this demonstrated importance, we may feel that we aren’t naturally creative and not pursue activities that develop or enhance our abilities. 

This event helped participants see moments where they can exercise creativity, understand why creativity is beneficial to wellness, and learn how to incorporate creativity into daily life.
